If you discussmarriage with him he will tell you, perhaps,that all women worthy of consideration areintelligent or beautiful and that either class isequally successful in distracting you from your 122 BERLIN work. He also says, that love Is an acutepsychosis that may always be given a goodprognosis. Notwithstanding these frivolousremarks Pick has a deep respect and regardfor women and he said to me seriously oneText Appearing After Image:evening: I am in my laboratory from sixin the morning till seven or eight at night.It would not be fair under those conditionsfor me to marry.
